He Was One Of The Finest Watchmakers In Late Seventeenth Century London. Joseph Made A Prolific Number Of Lantern Clocks In All Sizes And Qualities, Bringing The Windmills Name Into The Public Eye. The Earliest Watch Produced By The Brand Was Created Before 1680. It Did Not Feature A Balance Spring, So It Was Not Especially Functional. This Model Currently Resides In The British Museum.
